LCMS provides fee-for-service language and cultural support in workplaces, community services and schools via trained Bilingual Workers.
Our Bilingual Workers can help you communicate with potential employees, current employees, clients, students and parents. They can provide information directly in the client’s first language or support your own communication with informal interpretation.
Our Bilingual Workers are trained and experienced community service professionals who can provide contextual knowledge across employment, HR, community services and education contexts. They can also provide cultural knowledge and context about the communities and clients you are working with. All our Bilingual staff speak fluent English and speaker their LOTE and native language level.

- Dari
- Farsi
- Hazaraghi
- Karen
- Dinka
- Urdu
Other languages may be available on request.
Cost
- Bilingual support is offered at a rate of $95/hr within the Bendigo region.
- Minimum call out of 60 mins.

Our Bilingual Staff are not NAATI Qualified. For medical, legal and specialised contexts we recommend using NAATI Qualified Interpreters of a level 3 or above.
