Cooking at Home Series with Rebecca Wour

Welcome back to another cooking demonstration of the Cooking at Home Series with Rebecca Wour.

Rebecca Wour kindly invited us into her home and talked us through her delicious Okra Curry recipe as she washed, chopped, fried and stirred up a feast. The curry is traditionally eaten with Asida, a semolina porridge-like side or just as yummy with rice.

Also, on Wednesday, 22 March 2023, to commemorate Harmony Week, we launched a digital cookbook featuring various cuisines and flavours from different community members, showcasing the richness of cultures and traditions from around the globe.

The cookbook is live as we will be adding more recipes onto the collection, and the final print will be available at Zinda Festival, which will be held on Saturday, 7 October 2023, at the Garden for the Future in White Hill from 11am to 4pm.
