This notice is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Service.

Attached is the agenda for this meeting and minutes from the last AGM. Please note, the agenda will be updated to include the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements two weeks before the meeting date. A notification will be sent to all members when these documents are available.
At this meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about the organisation’s operations and finances
- ask questions about any items on the agenda
At this meeting, members will be asked to:
- accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
- accept the Annual Report
- accept the Auditor’s Report and Annual Financial Statements
- elect Directors
There are no special resolutions proposed for voting at this meeting.
